The Blastrac® BGS-250-115-V2 surface grinder is designed for small and medium sized jobs. This versatile grinder uses 10” diamond disks to handle applications ranging from those at general construction job sites to many specialized coating and restoration projects. The beveled segment plug attachments are aggressive enough for those demanding removal jobs, but forgiving enough to grind over control joints and decorative cuts without damaging edges. The polishing kit accepts a full range of polishing resins from 100 grit up to 3000 grit, and the fine height adjustment feature easily accommodates the various tooling options. The BGS-250-V2’s compact size and weight makes this machine easily maneuverable and provides great functionality on readily available 115V,15A power. Used with the BDC-22 dust collector, the BGS-250-115-V2 offers virtually dust-free operation.

Blastrac BMG-435

The Blastrac® BMG-435 grinder/polisher is a three-headed planetary machine designed for multi-purpose use on concrete, terrazo, and natural stone. The BMG-435 is ideal for the preparation of concrete surfaces prior to application of surface coatings or for polishing concrete for staining and decorative use. Accepting a variety of tooling disks, grits, and pads, the BMG-435 is highly versatile with a production capacity up to 500 sq. ft. per hour. It’s compact size and weight make these machines easily maneuverable and great for smaller jobs and tight access areas. The BMG-435 breaks down into as many as five components, allowing it to fit in the trunk of car and be easily transported around the job site. The grinding head detaches from the frame for easy portability to and around the job site.

05-67000/C Grinders

TThe 05-67000 & 05-67000C grinders are quality hand-held grinders designed specifically for concrete prep and coatings removal. The heavy-duty design of the 05-67000/C Grinders provides solid performance when grinding for concrete preparation along walls, around protrusions, and those hard-to-access areas, and offers great dependability for removing epoxies and mastics when utilizing appropriate grinding disks and wheels. Built with a die-cast, aluminum gear housing, the 05-67000/C Grinders accepts a 7” disk on its 5/8-11 threaded spindle and easily handles diamond cup wheels as well as grinding disks. The motor has easy to access carbon brushes and features a safety switch to guard against unintentional starts. The grip handle can be positioned at one of three places on the gear housing. One of Blastrac grinders shown below is with a premium hinged dust shroud that mounts without tools. (Part No. 05-67000C) The shroud is essential for controlling airborne dust and particulate while grinding. When coupled with the Blastrac BDC-1133 or BDC-22 dust collector, and equipped with the Blastrac full shroud or hinged shroud, the 05-67000/C operates with nearly all dust eliminated. The operator can breathe easier while observing the work area more safely, increasing job productivity.
